Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Dreamland packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
